At H. T. Wentz we walk that fine line between modern innovation and paying homage to traditional designs. By seeking out new combinations of tonewoods and experimenting with body designs and finishing techniques we are continuously expanding that boundary.
The B-52
Patterned after the classic styling of THAT guitar from the 50’s with a contemporary twist. Featuring a maple droptop with your choice of decorative tonewoods sandwiched between a mahogany body for a modern reveal on the body contours. Available in a variety of combinations of tonewoods and finishes , natural or tricked out, this updated design will stand out in a crowd.

The PB-52
Commissioned by a local Louisville musician, the PB-52 takes the classic stylings and adds a modern twist by utilizing a unique blend of tonewoods. Much the same as the B-52 above the four string version features a unique reveal by adding a maple/mahogany/maple cap to a Honduran mahogany body to achieve a beautiful alternating stripe on the arm bevel and lover horn. Designed to standout in the mix this instrument will also cut through the mix like no other.

The Rambler
Based upon the bolt-on neck design that started it all, the Rambler is bursting at the seams with that vintage “twang” that one might expect. Standard features include Indian Rosewood fingerboard, maple drop top, full body binding, and a variety of colors, patterns and bursts to suit your fancy.

The Sun King
Unlike other semi-hollow body T-style guitars, a full hollow body design lies at the heart of this unique instrument. Utilizing the exclusive free span support system, this instrument provides the stability of a semi-hollow body design with the weight relief and tone of a full hollow body guitar. Available in a variety of materials, finishes, and configurations.

The Falls City Player
Designed for the sophisticated player, the Falls City Player can be configured to cover any style of player from smooth jazz to full throated classic rock. Utilizing the innovative full-span support system this full chambered semi-hollowbody comes standard with two f-holes, maple drop-top, twin humbuckers, and set neck.
